"The airport's senior engineer Ledenyov faces charges of violations of flight safety rules leading to the death of two or more people. He has been questioned as a suspect," Markin said

Similar charges will soon be filed against the airport's flight operations director Roman Dunayev and snowplow driver Vladimir Martynenko, he added.
