The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry is forming the tenth truck convoy to deliver humanitarian aid and New Year presents to Donbass, ministry spokesman Alexander Drobyshevsky told Interfax on Monday.
"The Emergency Situations Ministry is forming the tenth convoy to deliver humanitarian aid to the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Humanitarian trucks are departing from the Urals, Volga, Northwestern, Southern and Central regions for the Rostov region where the convoy will be formed," Drobyshevsky said.
The trucks will be carrying food, construction materials and New Year presents, he said.
"The convoy will be formed within days and depart when everything is ready," the ministry spokesman noted.
