Militia planning first POW exchange with Kiev before Dec 30

The first stage of "all-for-all" POW exchanges between the militia and Kiev should take place within the next few days, before the New Year holidays, Vladislav Deinego, chief negotiator at Minsk meetings of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), told Interfax on Friday.

"A clear agreement was reached concerning POW exchanges. The first stage, which should take place before December 30, will be in the format of 150 for 225. Our further measures will depend on the results of this exchange," he said.
