Alexey Navalny got 3 years 6 months suspended sentence. Oleg Navalny was sentenced to 3 years 6 months in prison colony.

After the verdict announcement, Oleg Navalny was taken in custody in the courtroom.

The Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow levied more than four million rubles ($77,600) from brothers Alexey and Oleg Navalny convicted in a massive Yves Rocher fraud case on a lawsuit filed by the Multi-Profile Processing Company, TASS reported from the courtroom on Tuesday.

“To satisfy the lawsuit of the injured party, levy 4,400,000 rubles from Alexey and Oleg Navalny in favor of the injured party — Multi-Profile Processing Company,” the judge said.

Both men are accused of a massive fraud in a conspiracy with office abuse and of money laundering. Investigators claim they have embezzled 26.7 million rubles (around $753,000) from perfume company Yves Rocher Vostok and more than 4.4 million rubles (around $124,000) from a processing company from 2008 to 2013.
