U.S. ambassador has consultations in Russian Foreign Ministry

According to earlier reports, Russian citizen Yevgeny Buryakov has been charged with espionage and detained in the U.S. It is possible that the issue was addressed in the meeting.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has been meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Russia John Tefft for two days in a row, the Russian Foreign Ministry has reported.

"The meeting participants continued discussing some issues relating to the bilateral agenda," the ministry said in a report.
