The administrations of the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR are calling for the date of ceasefire to be determined.
"We will use the actual contact line. The only thing left to do is to determine the day when military action will fully stop," Denis Pushilin, who represents the DPR in the Minsk negotiations, told reporters.
Pushilin also said that "the blame for the aggravation of the situation in January rests fully with Ukraine."
"The Kyubyshev Culture House came under fire in Donetsk today. Five people were killed and 12 were injured. Watching Kiev's aggression, the DPR and the LPR had to start a counteroffensive. It's all because of the shelling of the cities. We are going on the offensive to protect out people," Pushilin said.
