Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) monitors will visit Debaltsevo on Sunday, and the militia will guarantee their security, self-proclaimed Donetsk people's republic (DNR) envoy to the Minsk negotiations Denis Pushilin said.
"The OSCE mission plans to visit Debaltseoe tomorrow and has approached us with the request to this effect. In reply to their request, the DNR militia will provide the mission's representatives with access to the town," the Donetsk news agency quoted Pushilin as saying on Saturday.
OSCE monitors will also be provided with guaranteed access to other populated areas in the republic where "everything is fine in terms of security," he said.
