The “hot break-in” is a comprehensive check of all systems and equipment before the physical start-up of the unit. In fact, this is the last stage of testing before the loading of nuclear fuel into the reactor.

The results of the “hot break-in” will confirm the proper operations of the technological systems and equipment, as well as process control systems – electrical equipment of the second unit and general systems.
