Foreign Ministry unaware of possible plans to deploy nuclear weapons in Crimea

Russian Foreign Ministry Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Department Director Mikhail Ulyanov says he knows nothing about possible plans to deploy nuclear weapons in the Crimea.

"I know nothing about the presence of nuclear weapons in Crimea or plans to deploy the weapons there," he said at a press conference in Moscow.
