Russian inspectors will visit a NATO drill site in Scotland, National Nuclear Threat Reduction Center head Sergei Ryzhkov told reporters.
He said the inspection would be conducted on April 13-16 under the 2011 Vienna Document on security and confidence building measures.
"The area in northern Scotland will host Joint Warrior exercises of servicemen from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States," a report posted on the Russian Defense Ministry website has quoted Ryzhkov as saying.
The inspectors will visit the designated area to assess the scope of military activity subject to disclosure.
They will visit training ranges and be briefed by the local command on the ongoing military activity.
