Russian, North Korean central banks sign memorandum

The central banks of Russia and Democratic People's Republic of Korea signed a memorandum of cooperation on April 14, the Central Bank of Russia said in a statement.

"The memorandum makes provisions for the cooperation of the central banks in the sphere of information exchange about financial systems operation, monetary policy and exchange rate legislation," it said.
