India, Russia to establish Higher Education Association

“We look forward to close cooperation in the field of education, science and technology. We are creating an association of Russian and Indian universities. Russia’s Tomsk State University will join the association and a very famous Indian institute in the field of information technology," he said at a reception in the Al Pash Grand Hotel in Astrakhan.

He explained that the association is intended to be "launched" on May 8, when the President of India will be in Russia to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Victory Day.
