Russia to offer Turkey to upgrade previously delivered military equipment

Russia’s State Corporation Rosoboronexport will offer Turkey the programs to upgrade the Russian military equipment delivered to this country, the company told TASS on Tuesday.

"The programs to upgrade the Russian-made military equipment delivered earlier will be presented," a spokesman for the company said.

Head of the Rosoboronexport delegation at the IDEF-2015 exhibition, which has got underway in Istanbul on Tuesday, Anatoly Aksyonov earlier told TASS that Russia had delivered to Turkey the BTR-80 armored vehicles, the Kornet-E anti-tank missile complexes, the MI-17 helicopters and other military equipment.
