He said positive changes have taken place regarding information security personnel recruitment and data protection in the bodies of state power. The meeting will work out a number of specific instructions for Russia’s regions.

"I think their fulfilment in the conditions of burgeoning foreign technical intelligence is essential for national security," the Security Council secretary said.
