Seminar held in St. Petersburg to mark Ho Chi Minh’s 125th birthday

Scholars from Russia and Vietnam discussed the legacy of the Vietnamese freedom fighter

A seminar was held in St. Petersburg to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Ho Chi Minh.

The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration and President Ho Chi Minh relic site organized the seminar in the Russian cultural capital in partnership with the Eastern Faculty of the St. Petersburg State University.

The seminar themed ‘Ho Chi Minh Thought - Heritage and Present Age’ was held on May 18, a day ahead of the Vietnamese leader’s 125th birth anniversary.

Celebrations are being held today in various countries including Cambodia, the UK and New Zealand, according to the Saigon Daily.
