"In his congratulatory telegram, the head of the Russian state expressed his confidence that the efforts to build constructive relations between Russia and Poland based on the principles of true good neighborliness and mutual respect of interests would contribute to enhancing security and stability in Europe," the Kremlin press office said.

Putin wished Dudu success in state work.
