Pranab Mukherjee extends greetings to Russians on eve of 'Day of Russia'

The President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Russian Federation on the eve of ‘Day of Russia.’

In his message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, the Indian President extended “warm greetings and felicitations” on the occasion from the Government and people of India and on his own behalf.

“I was honoured to participate in the commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War and was happy to have the opportunity of wide-ranging discussions with you on our bilateral relations,” Mukherjee said in his message.
