The migration services will deport to the Netherlands three Dutch citizens who illegally worked as engineers on a vessel in Novorossiysk, the press service for the Federal Migration Service's department for the Krasnodar Territory reported on June 15.

"Citizens of the Netherlands who worked on a tow boat without work permits were detained during a surprise raid in the Novorossiysk port," the report says.

According to the Federal Migration Service, the Dutchmen filed false reports on their activities when they entered Russia. Their documents stated that were entering Russia on a business trip, while in reality they worked as IT specialists.

The foreigners were charged with fines in the amount of 4,000 rubles ($73) each for breaching labor and migration regulations. The court also ordered that they be deported in the nearest future and barred them from entering the country for five years, the press service said.
