VSMPO-Avisma has signed three long-term agreements with Britain's Rolls-Royce for the period of 2016-2025, the Russian titanium producer said in a statement.
The terms of the contracts vary, but they all expand the cooperation between the two companies that was begun in 2000 with the signing of their first four-year agreement, VSMPO-Avisma said.
Under the new agreements, VSMPO-Avisma will supply Rolls-Royce with rolled titanium and semi-manufactures, including forged discs and rings made from various titanium alloys. The anticipated revenue from the new agreements could potentially exceed $300 million.
