Russia is against the crash of a MH17 in eastern Ukraine being qualified as a threat to international peace and security, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday.
"Projects relating to the creation of this tribunal (for the crash of the MH17 in Ukraine), whose texts have now emerged, raise very many questions (…) The main thing is that this disaster is being qualified as a threat to international peace and security, although Resolution N2166 contained no such qualification," he told a press conference in Moscow.
