Malaysian Mixed Doubles pair Chan Peng Soon and Goh Liu Ying emerged champions at the 2015 Russian Open Gold GP Badminton Championship on July 26 in Vladivostok. The Malaysian duo beat Japan’s Yuta Watanabe and Arisa Higashino 21-13, 23-21.
The Malaysian men’s doubles team of Goh V Shem and Tan Wee Kiong lost in the final to Vladimir Ivanov and Ivan Sozonov of Russia. The top seeded Russian pair won 21-12, 22-20.
