The state is prepared to support investors who put money into the development of mineral deposits in the Far East, President Vladimir Putin said at the Eastern Economic Forum.
"If an investor puts money into the Far East in the development of a deposit, in new production, then of course we'll consider issues to do with help with setting up the necessary infrastructure," Putin said.
"This will help to reduce costs and payback periods considerably and will ensure the efficiency of projects," he said.
"These are also lucrative investments for the state," Putin said.
