Moscow, Bangkok sign cooperation agreement

The capital cities agreed to cooperate in development of public transport and housing and communal services and environmental protection

Moscow and Bangkok signed a three-year cooperation agreement in early September.

The agreement calls for cooperation in the development of urban infrastructure, public transport, housing and communal services and environmental protection.

Moscow and Bangkok have been sister cities since 1997 and have been cooperating ever since in the promotion of sports and culture.

The Second Thai Festival in Moscow will be held in the Russian capital on September 12-13.
