Ukraine plans to increase the price for electricity supply to the Crimea by 15% — from 3.42 to 3.95 rubles per kilowatt-hour, Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Volodymyr Demchyshyn said Monday.
"We are talking about the increase in price for Crimea, large increase. We are talking about 3.95 rubles per kilowatt-hour against the current 3.42 rubles," he said.
The Minister also said that Ukraine has not yet considered the question of extending the contract with Russia on the electricity import.
