Ukrainian President Petro Pooroshenko has signed into law bills terminating an agreement between the Ukrainian Cabinet of ministers and the Russian goverment on cooperation in constructing power units 3 and 4 of the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) and aborgating the Ukrainian law on the location, design, and construction of power units 3 and 4 of the Khmelnytsky NPP, the Ukrainian presidental press service reported on Saturday.
