The Moscow authorities will make a “trustworthiness” rating system of the city’s nightclubs, m24.ru reported, citing a senior official.

A special website called Safe City will provide an interactive map of “law-abiding clubs” and “untrustworthy places,” where minors are allowed to enter and buy alcohol.

Teenage activists will test Moscow’s nightclubs by applying the so-called ‘mystery shopper’ method. Teenagers will try to enter clubs and buy alcohol. In case they succeed, they will alert the city officials, who would then initiate criminal proceedings against the club owner.
