Russian airlines engaged in aerial cargo transportation in Africa do not confirm that a cargo aircraft that has crashed in South Sudan might have belonged to a Russian airline.
"Preliminarily, none of the Russian airlines engaged in cargo transportation in this region has not confirmed the loss of their aircraft or that the crashed plane belonged to some of them," an informed source told Interfax on Nov. 4.
The source suggested that the aircraft could have belonged to an Armenian airline.
