The Turkish Stream will be a gas pipeline through the Black Sea to the European part of Turkey, and then to the border with Greece.
Alexei Kudenko / RIA NovostiWork on the Turkish Stream gas pipeline project might resume this year, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
"Of course Turkish Stream might be on the agenda too, I think. I know the European Commission and the energy ministers of European countries are working on this issue. We for our part are ready to carry such a project out, if our European and Turkish partners finally show an interest," he said
Speaking about oil production, Energy Minister has said, that despite low prices and the possibility that some projects will be moved back, "projects that have already been launched are being implemented."
"Our companies [talked] back at the end of last year and are talking today about maintaining production volumes in 2016 [at the 2015 level]," the minister said.
