Ukrainian Culture Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko has announced the cancellation of Italian tenor Alessandro Safina's concerts in Ukraine due to his upcoming performance in Crimea.
"Safina is due to perform in Crimea on February 21-22, in breach of Ukrainian laws. Afterwards, he is expected to give five concerts in different cities of Ukraine, but they will not take place, because people violating the entry and exit regime, with regard to Crimea, are automatically subject to sanctions. The organizers have forgotten to inform the singer about [this] in advance," Kyrylenko wrote on his Twitter account on Jan. 19.

"One should respect the laws and the territorial integrity of Ukraine," the minister said.
Хто не знає: на жаль, мова іде про італійського співака Alessandro Safina. Просто слід поважати закони і територіальну цілісність України.
