Rosselkhoznadzor starting on January 19 has permitted the supply of dairy products from Iran.
The service said in materials that supplies were permitted from four Iranian enterprises. The products should be accompanied by initialed veterinary certificates.
Supplies are permitted by the following enterprises: Fars Pegah Pasteurized Milk (N IR 3003), Golpayegan Pegah Dairy (N IR 3004), Kalleh Dairyproduction (N IR 3002) and Tehran Pegah Pasteurized Milk (N IR 3001).
These enterprises received the right to export their products to Russia at the start of 2015. However, in May 2015 their certificates were halted until the signing of a protocol on the conditions of supplies. This protocol was signed in December 2015 during the visit of Rosselkhoznadzor director Sergei Dankvert to Tehran.
In a letter to the directors of territorial divisions, Rosselkhoznadzor also said that the initialed veterinary certificates envisage the supply of dairy products from the milk of cattle, sheep and goats and heat-treated products.
In addition, two Iranian poultry meat enterprises have the right to export their products to Russia. Supplies from them will be possible starting on February 15, after Rosselkhoznazor agrees on the veterinary certificates with the veterinary services of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).
