The trade turnover between Russia and Turkey fell to $23 billion in 2015, and will continue to fall in the future, Russian Ambassador to Ankara Andrei Karlov has said.
"We are monitoring our trade turnover in general, and it has declined a lot. Our trade turnover stood at approximately $30 billion in 2014, and last year, according to estimates, it fell to $23 billion, and the fall continued in January," Karlov said, in a program aired by the Rossiya 24 television channel.
"I believe it will not stop in January, and our trade with Turkey will continue to decline," he said.
