Turkey’s war crime charges against Russia are absurd, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s commissioner for human rights, democracy and rule of law, Konstantin Dolgov, has told a news conference.
"There is only one way of replying to such accusations: that’s guilty conscience speaking. It reflects the gist of the situation," Dolgov said. "We’ve heard many absurd claims going beyond the bounds of diplomatic etiquette. These claims are absurd and far-fetched."
