New coastal defense missile systems "Bastion" have arrived at the Russian Navy's Northern Fleet.

Two new coastal defense missile systems called "Bastion" have arrived at the Russian Navy's Northern Fleet (NF), NF spokesman 1st Captain Vadim Serga told Interfax-AVN on Feb. 21.

"The NF's separate missile artillery brigade has begun rearming itself with a new coastal defense missile system, the Bastion. The personnel operating this system completed a special training course," the spokesman said.
