Russia is concerned about military preparations near Syrian borders, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"We cannot help but be concerned about the military preparations and increased activity near the Syrian borders," he said.
"If the governments of the countries that engage in these activities intend to use force to achieve some goals, it would essentially become an absolutely deadly blow to everything that took so much work to develop," Ryabkov said.
Ryabkov said the U.S.-led coalition should focus on control over those groups in Syria "that heed them."
