Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry had a telephone conversation on March 1 over the drafting of a UN Security Council resolution regarding North Korea.
“They conferred on the finalization of work on the UN Security Council resolution regarding ways of influence on the DPRK (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), whose missile and nuclear activity has a destabilizing nature," the Russian Foreign Ministry wrote on Facebook.
