Russian President Vladimir Putin has strongly condemned the Ankara terror attack and has extended condolences to the people of Turkey on multiple casualties, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on March 13.
"Vladimir Putin condemns the inhumane terror attack in Ankara in the most resolute manner," Peskov said.
"The Russian president is grieving multiple casualties together with the entire people of Turkey, who have been attacked by terrorists again," the press secretary said.
"Vladimir Putin profoundly sympathizes with everyone who have lost their family members and friends in that terror attack and wishes the soonest recovery to the injured," Peskov said.
