The Russian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will be on a working visit to Moscow on March 23-24.

"In the course of negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the two plan to exchange opinions on aspects of bilateral interaction and relevant international problems," the Foreign Ministry said.

"We expect that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's visit to Russia, which should happen for the third time in less than a year, would help normalize Russian-U.S. relations, the atmosphere in which significantly determines the general climate on the international arena," it said.
