"I'd like to start with very pleasant news for the 45,000 servicemen who are defending our state in difficult conditions. I am talking about the servicemen of the so-called fourth phase of mobilization. I've signed a decree on demobilizing the servicemen called up under the decree of July 21, 2014 and the decree of January 14, 2015," the presidential press service quoted Poroshenko as saying at a National Security and Defense Council meeting on Friday.
