The number of Syrian towns which have joined the reconciliation process has risen to 73, the Russian reconciliation center said in a statement published on the Russian Defense Ministry's website.
"Over the past 24 hours, a reconciliation agreement has been reached with representatives of a town in the Homs province. The number of towns which have joined the reconciliation process has soared to 73. Talks over an accession to the ceasefire were held with the field commander of an armed opposition group in the Damascus province," the Center said.
The number of illegal armed groups which have pledged commitment to the ceasefire has remained the same, at 52.
