Russia is ready to supply oil to all ASEAN member-states, which are interested in it, Energy Minister Alexander Novak said at Russia-ASEAN summit on Friday.
"Those may be both direct deliveries and supply swap. Oil products may be supplied both within long-term and short-term contracts. This will be fixed within the project’s implementation. We don’t have reasons for waiving supplies in case there is demand and commercial benefit. We’re ready to supply to the countries that need oil and oil products, this direction is interesting to us," he said when asked about crude supplies to Indonesia and other ASEAN member-states.
