A dossier on Ruslan Mukhudinov, a Chechen native, who is charged with masterminding the killing of politician Boris Nemtsov, has been published in the Interpol public database.
Interpol has published on its website a "red corner" notice for Mukhudinov, which means a demand for his immediate arrest in the event his whereabouts are determined.
According to Russian investigators, Mukhudinov, 29, who was arrested in absentia in late 2015, is the mastermind of the February 2015 killing of Boris Nemtsov.
