Russian Toyota dealer - Toyota Motor - recalls 139,604 RAV4 crossovers in Russia sold from December 15, 2005, to August 23, 2013, the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology (Rosstandart) said on July 25.
"Toyota RAV4 cars, its second row outer seats, are equipped with three-point seat belts.
