Early presidential elections outside Kremlin’s agenda

Possible early presidential elections in September 2017 are not looked at by the Kremlin.

Possible early presidential elections in September 2017 are not looked at by the Kremlin, Russian president’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.

"There is no such issue on the agenda," he said.

"Regular, rather tense, work is underway. There are no such discussions in the Kremlin," the spokesman stressed.

The Kremlin spokesman said he will give no comment on media allegations citing their sources. "It is absolute scholasticism," Peskov stressed.
