Russian and NATO officials are preparing for a new Russian-NATO Council meeting between the members’ top envoys, Russia’s Ambassador to NATO Alexander Grushko told TASS on Nov. 28.

"We are studying the issue," Grushko told journalists.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov said two weeks ago that the permanent representatives to the Russia-NATO Council might meet before the end of November.

The last such meeting took place in Brussels on July 13.
