Russian frigate opens sailing rally in France

The Russian ship the Shtandart sails on the Seine river into Rouen on June 6, during the opening day of the Armada 2013. Rouen welcomed the tall ships of the Armada, one of the largest gatherings of sailboats and warships in the world, many on the banks of the Norman town of Rouen in north-western France for the sixth edition of this rally held every five years.
