RBTH launches Russian news feed in collaboration with Interfax
On July 3, international media project Russia Beyond the Headlines began a new cooperation with long-standing Russian news agency Interfax. RBTH will now publish Interfax news wires via a news feed on its flagship, English-language website, rbth.ru.
“The news feed will enable RBTH to diversify its content. So far we have only published long reports or analytical pieces. There was no system to deal with urgent short news. Now we can offer the latest news to our readers in good English and with the support of one of the oldest and most respected news agencies in Russia,” said Vsevolod Pulya, executive editor for online content at RBTH.
Up-to-the-minute news on Russian politics, economy, society, culture and sport will be published on rbth.ru in real time on a daily basis, alongside the site’s main content, which primarily consists of feature stories and long analytical opinion pieces.
