1. Marins Park Hotel is located in the center of the city, right by the sea. Known in the Soviet times as Leningrad, the building was depicted on numerous postcards, which holidaymakers sent from Sochi back home. All rooms are bright and each has a spacious bathroom in marble.

The restaurant serves American breakfast, which is included in the price. There is a lobby bar, a cafe and a nightclub. The health center offers free sessions in a traditional Russian sauna, an enclosed swimming pool, and a jacuzzi from 9 am to 2 pm, after which all these services are available at a price.

2. Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina  is a 19-storey building on the central embankment of Sochi. It offers standard rooms with bathroom and cable TV, as well as suites with balconies and panoramic windows. The hotel has several bars and restaurants, which serve European, American, Caucasian and Kuban cuisine. Zhemchuzhina runs one of the largest restaurants in Sochi, seating 1,000 persons, which was used as a filming location for a number of Soviet motion pictures. Zhemchuzhina maintains its own fenced beach and has a huge open pool with heated seawater.

3. Green Grove Spa Hotel , done in the Mediterranean style, is located in a picturesque environment within the Sochi National Park. Its windows and balconies open to a stunning view of the Black Sea. All rooms and suites are finished in dark wood and elegant fabrics with floral ornaments, and contain everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some of the rooms are soundproof. The hotel has its own beach, large SPA center, tennis courts and a magnificent restaurant with a generous smorgasbord and a selection of dietary dishes. 5.   Grand Hotel and SPA Rodina , a luxurious hotel, was once the Rodina health resort, which belonged to the Soviet Cabinet of Ministers. Later the complex was used as a resort for Soviet Communist functionaries, members of the Russian government and presidential administration, governors and mayors, and famous actors. Today, Grand Hotel and SPA Rodina is the best hotel in town with one of Europe's largest spas. It runs a bar and two restaurants,  Moskva  and  Black Magnolia . Golf cars are available for moving around the hotel territory and the adjoining park. Guests are invited to use the conference room, cinema, library, and billiards room. There are only 11 hotels of the Rodina calibre in the world, including Grand Hotel Son in Majorca, Net Durley House in London, The College Hotel in Amsterdam, and Alexander in Paris.
