Ostozhenka (Остоженка) Streetis situated in the central district of Moscow and runs from the metro station "Kropotkinskaya"  to the metro station "Park Kultury".

Ostozhenka Street in downtown Moscow has made the list of the most expensive and desirable streets in the world.

According to different sources, one square meter of the living place here varies form 25,000$ to 60,000$. This street is recognized as one of the most  expensive in the world.

Topping the list, according to Financial News, was Severn Road in Hong Kong, with an astounding price tag of $100,000 per square meter. The second place was tied between London's Kensington Palace Gardens and New York's Fifth Avenue, both demanding $80,000 per square meter.
