New iPad 3 from RBTH goes to charity

The winner of RBTH’s digital lottery, held a few months ago to celebrate the release of version 2.0 of its iPad app, has decided to donate his prize to a charitable cause.

"It is my wish that this prize bless somebody in Russia who can really benefit from it," the winner, who preferred to remain anonymous, wrote in an email.

The iPad 3 will go to Michael Bugrov, a 22 year old man from town of Chekhov outside Moscow. Michael is affected by cerebral spastic infantile paralysis, a disease that doesn't allow him to live independently. Michael likes rock music and has found a way to communicate with others through via Social Media, forums and blogs.
