In this episode, we check out the seaside town of Anapa and cheer on Team Russia during the World Cup 1/4 finals. To relieve some stress from the loss to Croatia, we decide to try out a little something like ancient Slavic yoga. Our last stop in mainland Russia is the the Cossack ethnographic complex Stanitsa Ataman'. As the saying goes: what happens in Ataman' stays in Ataman'.
